Amazing. This hotel is amazing. It was beyond my expectations. I paid very less money , hotel building reception lobbies lounges everything was super neat and clean. And best part was staff was very nice. They didn’t even asked for review. Only purpose i am doing this review is to help fellow Ummrah and Hajj pilgrims to find a nice decent accommodation in very reasonable price

The Holy City
This holy city is located in western Saudi Arabia and is also known as Makkah. Millions of Muslims make a pilgrimage here, as the pilgrimage is one of the Five Pillars of Islam. The Prophet Muhammad was born here, and it is a sacred place for Muslims and the birthplace of Islam.
Non-muslims are not permitted into Mecca and the government of Saudi Arabia issues special visas for people making the pilgrimage. Most people coming to the Mecca will enter via the Hajj Terminal at King Abdulaziz International Airport and Jeddah is the gateway to the city.
The Hajj has a fairly set itinerary including a visit to the Sacred Mosque, al-Masjid al-Haram, built around the Kaaba.
Mecca contains many restaurants with varied cuisine and tea shops are available for light refreshments such as traditional tea and biscuits. There are also many juice stands for a little refreshment amid the heat.

Whenever I have time off, visiting Mecca is always at the top of my list! It's a place that draws you in, and every time you leave, you feel like you haven't had enough and want to return for more. Besides performing Umrah and prayers, it has a unique appeal to the heart and soul. Of course, it is the House of Allah!

Love the comfy bed and pillows. The breakfast spread is massive and tasted good. The room is spacious enough. Short distance to masjidilharam but the buggy does help :-).

I liked the trip.
I liked the trip. Hotel location is prime location and there service is very good.( Swissôtel Makkah)
The only thing I can’t find kids entertainment or even near by Haram ( walking distance).
The people selling in the street making more crowd while going to Haram or others asking for taxi ride.
The virtual museum is good attraction. Especially for kids.
Shopping is overpriced.

A beautiful city where you can work upon your soul.
A beautiful city where you can work upon your soul. It's a very important city for Muslims specifically. The moment you enter the city, you'll get an emotional connection with the city. The moment you enter the Masjid Al Haram, you'll forget everything. Apart from that it also has historical places to visit in and around Makkah. I would highly recommend this city to all Muslims that they should visit at least once in their life.

Mecca is our holy city around the year , every muslim is dreaming to perform Omra and Haj and to spend most of his time in Mecca . despite the fact that the authorities are making it harder for people to enter the Mataf area and even make it difficult to pray inside , it is still our objective to reach there always

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for your stay. It offers an exceptional experience with clean and well-maintained rooms, top-notch services, and a friendly staff that goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Its convenient location near Haram makes it a perfect choice for pilgrims or anyone visiting the area. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also adds to the overall positive experience. You can trust that this hotel will make your stay memorable and enjoyable.
Neat Clean, excellent Odor, new construction, Has good Coffee shop, and Resturant. Pakistani staff is very supportive and humble. Shuttle service almost every hour to near Hamram, before tunnel, and then you have to switch to another Bus free of charge which drops you near Haram about 5 Min from King Fahad Gate. And there is small park outside of Hotel which is good in evening to walk around. And very beautiful and Big Mosque behind on walking distance.
Good facilities, same as any five star near haram
(I’ve stayed clock tower, Anjum)
To get to haram which takes 5-10 mins by taxi cost 10 Riyals £2 (so good value) - don’t let taxis charge you more than this.
You can walk but takes approx 25 mins to get to Kaaba. Not bad, but some of the walk involves being roadside.
Location is perfect. Shuttle bus is going evry 2-3 minutes and it funcions perfectly. We had room with a beautiful viev of part of that Haram
And Clock Tower. Hotel is pretty new, servise is good and on time. They are friendly and nice even, it was amazingly crowded generally in Mecca and in Nawazi hotel during our stay
The location of the Hotel was good, near Haram Makki. The receptionists were very cooperative and helpful, and they provided us with parking for our car, which was very good. The Tayseer Bukhary restaurant in the building makes the best food. The internet wifi was good too.
Location was just perfect for haj and umra pilgrims. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Checkin was easy and smooth. Property is a Complex of multiple hotels in the famous Mecca clock tower with barbers shops and all needed for pilgrims.
room size was great for a family of 4 members, great compared to other hotels in the same area.
Location near Haram, clean rooms, two toilets in the same apartment (with one bathroom), near to everything (i.e. shopping, barber shop, fast-food, etc...)
I have stayed in almost all hotels near haram, but this hotel has grown and improved to excellent service. No doubt u will continue to stay here. 11 floor service staff is a professional guy. Hope to meet him again
I like the location near Haram abd Makka bus station,
Also i like the street and parking beside the hotel, resturants and supermarket near the location
